Transforming Migration.

A Jamaica–Canada Led Alliance for Worker Resilience & Diaspora Empowerment

ABOUT CDIA

The Caribbean Diaspora Impact Alliance (CDIA) is a not-for-profit professionally structured, culturally grounded Jamaica–Canada cross‑border partnership dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing, stability, and long‑term economic mobility of Jamaican workers and diaspora families.

Formed by four organizations—two based in Jamaica and two based in Canada—CDIA operates through shared leadership and shared accountability to deliver eight integrated programmes that support households before departure, during the season abroad, and upon return.

Our work spans Jamaica, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, creating a unified, multi‑country support system that strengthens worker resilience, family stability, financial confidence, and community belonging across the entire migration cycle.
