The Caribbean Diaspora Impact Alliance (CDIA) is a Jamaica–Canada led, crossborder ecosystem advancing the wellbeing, stability, and longterm economic mobility of Jamaican workers and diaspora families. We deliver eight integrated programmes that support households before departure, during the season abroad, and upon return.
