About

The Caribbean Diaspora Impact Alliance (CDIA) is a Jamaican/Canadian-led cross-border partnership dedicated to strengthening the wellbeing, economic mobility, and long-term stability of Jamaican workers and diaspora families.

CDIA begins with Jamaica as the Caribbean pilot and Canada as the first diaspora implementation site, with planned expansion into the United States and United Kingdom over the next 4–7 years. This phased approach ensures responsible scaling, strong partnerships, and measurable impact.

The Alliance unites four trusted organizations with deep cultural competence and community credibility:

Sterling Business Management (SBM)

Leadership, resilience, digital learning

Happy Moments Ontario (HMO)

Cultural convening, community engagement

Naloy Cultural Corporation (NCC)

Digital storytelling, diaspora family engagement

Integrated Diaspora Services (IDS)

Administrative navigation, repatriation support

Together, we form a scalable, professionally structured impact ecosystem capable of delivering culturally grounded support across multiple migration corridors.
